The Las Vegas Raiders have a serious problem and that’s their head coach Antonio Pierce. It’s not that he’s a bad head coach, but they are currently paying Jon Gruden, Josh McDaniels, and are still paying Pierce.

This article isn’t to say Brady will literally be their head coach, but Brady is going to have so much influence, maybe even more than we’ve ever seen.

Despite not being projected for a Top-3 pick, there’s strong rumors that Brady is going to have legit say in who becomes the Raiders next head coach. When you think about it logically, the Raiders owner Mark Davis will take into account everything that Brady says.

They have serious problems in their organization but it is going to start to change this offseason, and whether Pierce is the head coach or it’s someone else, Brady will have serious say.
