The Voice” coach Snoop Dogg is going to be a new grandfather.

That’s according to E! News, which says the rapper’s daughter Cori Broadus is pregnant.

E! News confirmed the news with Broadus. The baby’s father is Broadus’s fiance Wayne Dece, the public reported.

The child is her first baby, according to E! News, which quoted Broadus as saying, “I found out Oct. 28. This baby is so unplanned, but we are soooooo blessed.”

Broadus is “four months pregnant and feeling great,” E! News reported.

According to the publication, she “has battled with lupus since she was diagnosed at age 6.”

“I’m high risk pregnancy and doctors were very concerned for me and the baby, but God has his hands on me, and me and the baby are doing perfectly fine. I’m having a girl,” she told E! News.

Broadus has spoken out in the past against bullying culture. “I didn’t grow up with a lot of confidence because of the bullying,” she told Essence. “People didn’t care who my dad was, and as I got older, the comments just began to hit different, and I felt like enough was enough. I am a real person, and my feelings do count.”

She was bullied about her weight and appearance, Essence reported, quoting her as saying, “I’m going to step out and get it together when I need to, but I’m not going to wear makeup daily. I feel like that’s very unrealistic, and that’s not my personality. I’m going to rock my straight back braids in the pool whether you like it or not. Like, I’m in Bora Bora living my best life. You know what I’m saying?”

E! News also spoke to Broadus about her dad’s reaction.

“My mom and dad were so excited, their baby girl is having a baby,” she told the publication, “My dad was hoping for a grandson, though.”

According to People Magazine, Broadus is one of Snoop Dogg’s four kids. He had Cori and sons Corde and Cordell with his wife, Shante Broadus, People reported, adding that the couple has been married since 1997.

Snoop Dogg also has a son named Julian from another relationship, People reported.

“Ninety percent of rappers grew up without fathers, but you see ninety percent of those rappers becoming fathers to their kids. We don’t ever get commended for that. We become real men when we get to this level we’re at right now,” he told People in 2007.
