1 tsp lemon juice

1/4 cup coconut milk

2 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar

1/2 tsp coconut extract

1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

For Garnish:

1 1/2 to 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut

Preheat the oven to 340°F, then grease and lightly flour a 12-cup Bundt pan, setting it aside.
