Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 can be absolutely brutal at times, making you put careful consideration into almost every aspect of Henry to be successful. This can be from things as simple as your hygiene, to the clothes on your back, so it’s possible to spent several minutes making sure all your equipment is in order before heading off on your adventures.

Unfortunately, it seems as though Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 does its absolute best to wreck all of your preparation as much as it can, as players are becoming increasingly irritated with how often the game completely strips Henry down to his britches.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Fans Are Fed Up With Constantly Changing Clothes

A Reddit user called Doc_Noxious is one such individual who is getting fed up with having their clothes constantly removed after tons of preparation beforehand. Most of the ire seems to be directed at certain cutscenes that will strip you down to your skivvies, meaning you can put in a lot of effort to prepare, only to be forcibly stripped and forced to prepare again.

It also doesn’t help that getting stripped in cutscenes also gets rid of your presets too, meaning you have to do even more preparation, only for it to be undone yet again in another cutscene. Another Reddit user called The_real_ntd went on a similar rant earlier this week too, stating how they’re starting to hate the mechanic and just want the game to restore their clothes.

With frustrations bubbling to the surface, fans are calling on developer Warhorse Studios to either let them save their outfits so they don’t have to re-equip everything. Either that, or do what Reddit user CyberianK suggests and add a “a fourth hidden story/quest outfit slot” that the game can use instead of stripping you to your underwear.

There are some that think the frequency of strippings could be a bug of some kind, as there are many reports of players not actually having their clothes removed after cutscenes and fist-fights. We won’t know until Warhorse actually does something to address the issue, though fans could eventually do it themselves soon, as the developer recently revealed that official mod support is on the way.
