As spotted by @Pirat_Nation, the DEIDetected website founder Kabrutus reported on Twitter that any reviews discussing DEI in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 are being canned. Multiple reviews have been taken down even if they do not appear to be breaking any rules.

However, it is unclear whether the developers are involved with this drama since Steam moderators often deal with these concerns. Then again, DEI discussions surrounding other titles are also not taken down in this manner.

Some argue that Warhorse Studios is taking action by bringing these posts up to Steam mods to take down, while others think the platform is doing it to keep peace. Despite massive controversies, KCD2 hit nearly 160k concurrent players with over a 90% positive rating on Steam.
Nevertheless, a Warhorse Studio developer also recently mocked a review for calling the game average in some departments, while another told gamers concerned with DEI to just not purchase the game in response to the harsh criticism.
