Kitty and Praveena’s first date is at an LGBTQ club in Itaewon, where the pair meets many of Kitty’s friends beyond Yuri and Juliana. Jin’s Joshua Hyunho Lee revealed (via The Mirror US) they shot those scenes at a real LGBTQ club called MGW, situated in Hongdae.

The dramatic reveal of Kitty’s romantic feelings for Yuri and their kiss takes place at Min Ho’s place in the Alpensia Ski Resort. While it’s unknown which specific location doubles as Min Ho’s residence, the filming took place around the Alpensia Ski Resort area, in Pyeongchang County.

Kitty’s trip to find Simon’s side of her mother’s family is said to lead her to Bukjeon. In reality, Kitty and Min Ho’s trip to her family’s place was filmed in Bukjeong Village, in the district of Seongbuk, in the north area of Seoul, where historic Korean alleyways can still be found.

Kitty and her friends can often be seen away from the KISS campus to meet for coffee or boba tea. The area where those scenes are filmed is Nonhyeon-dong in the Gangnam district, where Q and Juliana spot Stella in XO, Kitty season 2, episode 6, and Kitty challenges her in season 2, episode 7.
Q and Juliana see Stella enter an internet cafe in XO, Kitty season 2, episode 6, and while the store sign is similar, the place is a “coffee factory” in reality.

Filming for it took place at the Common Ground, the largest shopping center made of containers in the area of Myeong-dong (via Her Campus).

The end-of-term talent show in XO, Kitty season 2’s finale entails plenty of dramatic moments, with the most stunning backdrop contributing to its successful delivery. XO, Kitty season 2’s ending was filmed at Baekje Cultural Land (via Hey Roseanne), the largest history-themed park in Korea. The stage was built in the courtyard of Sabisung Palace, a reconstruction of a royal palace from the Three Kingdoms period. Baekje Cultural Land is in the province of Chungcheong, making it one of the southernmost filming locations for XO, Kitty.
