THE ULTIMATE WEALTH GLITCH: 30+ GOLD BARS IN MINUTES! 💰🍏
Still struggling to upgrade your gear in Crimson Desert? You’re doing it wrong. I just found a way to force-spawn Legendary Hedgehogs at Grey Rock Dock, giving you infinite Golden Apples that refine into massive amounts of gold.
But that’s just the beginning. Did you know sleeping in a Witch’s Bed can literally “gift” you random high-tier equipment blueprints like the Elegant Carmine Plate Gloves? And for those starving for Skill Points, there’s a repeatable pickpocketing loop at the Institute west of Hernand that lets you farm Abyss Artifacts from unsuspecting professors. Whether you need Infinite Arrows or a stash of Gold Bars to fund your ATG Unit, these 5 farming methods are the only ones that still work after the latest patch. Watch the full breakdown before these spawn rates get nerfed 👇
🔥 WATCH THE UNLIMITED FARMING GUIDE:

The economy of Crimson Desert is being pushed to its limits as players discover highly efficient, almost “glitch-like” farming methods to amass wealth and power. From exploiting the respawn logic of legendary critters to pickpocketing the intellectual elite of Hernand, the community has found ways to bypass the endgame grind entirely.
The Golden Apple Gold Rush
The most lucrative discovery involves the Grey Rock Dock area. Players have found a way to manipulate the line-of-sight mechanics to force-spawn “Legendary Hedgehogs” carrying Golden Apples. By simply moving in and out of specific vegetation zones near the village entrance, hunters can bag eight to nine apples—the equivalent of dozens of gold bars—in just two in-game hours.
“It’s like they’re appearing out of reality,” noted KhrazeGaming, who popularized the method. “One apple refined with gold ore equals one gold bar. It’s the fastest legal way to get rich in Pywel right now.”
“Witch’s Sleep”: Blueprints While You Dream
Perhaps the strangest mechanic involves the Witches’ Hideouts scattered across the map. Community testing has confirmed that sleeping in a Witch’s Bed provides a random chance to wake up with a new, permanent equipment blueprint.
Items like the Elegant Carmine Plate Gloves have been reportedly “learned” through these magical naps. While the trigger rate is random, players are using manual save-scumming techniques—saving 12 hours before a task completes—to ensure they wake up with the rarest loot possible.
The Great Artifact Heist
For those at the level cap, the search for Abyss Artifacts (Skill Points) has moved to the Institute west of Hernand. In a tactic dubbed “The Classroom Shakedown,” players are using masks and spirit-based attacks to scare NPCs in the eating quarters and classrooms.
Once the NPCs flee, they become “easy prey” for pickpocketing. “Don’t skip the professor in the back,” experts warn. The faculty members have a significantly higher chance of carrying artifacts than the students, and the entire facility can be reset by using a nearby teleporter, creating an infinite loop of skill point acquisition.
Disarming the Spire: Frost Hold Still Works
Despite rumors of a stealth nerf in the April 9th update, the “Frost Hold Disarm” method remains active. By using a shield bash (L1 + R2) a split second after an enemy strikes, players can physically flick weapons and shields out of the hands of Spire of Frost guards.
This method allows players to farm Frozen Souls and Frozen Shields without killing a single enemy, preserving the camp for immediate resets. These tier-one items are then funneled to the Witch to craft high-tier Abyss Gear, including the coveted Infinite Arrows blueprints.
The Wildlife Park “Noble” Tax
Finally, the Deminis Wildlife Park remains the gold standard for silver acquisition. Even after recent patches increased the difficulty of pickpocketing, persistent players can still lift three to four gold bars from a single wealthy nobleman. With over 100 NPCs shifting through the park, a single run can fund an entire mercenary army.
A Community Under Pressure
As these methods go viral, many in the Crimson Desert community are bracing for a massive rebalancing in Patch 1.03. For now, the message is clear: if you aren’t farming the grey rock docks or pickpocketing the Hernand elite, you’re falling behind.
In Pywel, it seems, the quickest way to the top isn’t through the main quest—it’s through the pockets of the rich and the beds of the witches.
