Jodie Foster believes she owes the lifetime achievement award she will receive at the Golden Globes ceremony on Sunday night to her “crazy career.”
Speaking to Entertainment Today, the actress said : “Maybe I’ve been around so long because I’ve had this crazy career where I’ve done all sorts of different things.”
The two-time Oscar winner says it’s important to keep reinventing yourself. “It’s about doing things that you’re not afraid of.”
Foster plans to attend the ceremony Sunday night in Los Angeles with her two children.
Private life
She normally prefers to keep her private life in the background, something that the Hollywood star says is not difficult: “I’m quite boring and that works fine. It may surprise you, but I don’t get as much attention as Justin Bieber.”
