Lily Allen shared a glum selfie to her Instagram as she detailed her reaction to her extremely chaotic day including a grim discovery on Wednesday.

The Smile Hitmaker, 39, was due to attend a Botox appointment but ended up missing it after she realised there was a pile of human excrement on the floor of her train.

Dressed casually in a green coat with a pair of black sunglasses, the star also shared a close-up snap of her nose with a pimple on it – adding to the list of events to her day.

Detailing the ordeal, she penned alongside the snaps: ‘She didn’t know it yet but just after this picture was taken her whole day was about to change forever.

‘She realised the reason the carriage she was on was almost empty was because there was a pile of human feces on the floor, the stench was absolutely hideous, hence the emptiness.

‘It was too much too much to bear, so she got off at the next stop, but the other carriages were so full she couldn’t push her way on.’

Lily continued: ‘She gave up on that particular train but realised she would have to wait 14 mins for the next.

‘She wasn’t going to make it to her Botox appt on time and she knew full well that her doctor didn’t have any more slots till next month.

‘She reluctantly called the doctors office to reschedule and then got on another train going in the other direction. She picked at a pimple on the side of her nose and it bled all the way home. She didn’t have any tissue.’

It comes after it was revealed that Lily was said to have been left in ‘agony’ when she allegedly found that her husband, Stranger Things star David, was using the celebrity dating app Raya.

But apparently what the British pop star did not know was that David had also been having an affair for at least three years with a colleague.

The Daily Mail has been told that the American actor was romantically involved with a younger costume designer, whom the Mail chose not to name.

They told the newspaper: ‘David cheated on Lily. They met on a movie they did together.’ The source, who witnessed their interactions on set.

‘They weren’t very secretive about their relationship.’

So serious did the romance become that David paid for the woman to travel more than 400 miles to visit him while he was working on his hit Netflix TV series last year.

The associate said: ‘David flew her to Atlanta while he shot Stranger Things to keep him company.’

Amid the shock news, Lily decided to brush it off as she revealed she has had an ‘incredible’ boob job and been out buying sexy new lingerie to show it off.

Lily, who split from David at the end of last year, had the surgery just over a month ago.

But while she loves the new boobs, she says they don’t really match her 39-year-old face.

She told her close friend Miquita Oliver on their Miss Me? podcast this week: ‘How do I feel about ageing? Well, I just got some additions to the family – don’t know if you’d noticed?’

Miquita told her: ‘I noticed because you pulled your top off a month ago and showed them to me. I was like ‘absolutely incredible’.’

Lily, who turns 40 in May, continued: ‘They look really incredible when I take my top off, and my bra off, but there’s definitely a contrast in age between my breasts and my face.

‘I’m like 40, 18, 40, 18. I’m just thinking ‘maybe I get the BBL (Brazilian butt lift) next’. I quite want the bum.’

Lily added on her new boobs: ‘There’s a thing that happens a few months after you get them which is they drop and fluff.

‘So they’re still quite high and they’re still quite hard. When they drop and fluff they feel like normal boobs.

‘So I haven’t got to drop and fluff yet, I’m very much looking forward to that.

‘I feel like it’s really fun. I’m like buying fancy lingerie that my boobs can actually fit in and taking pictures on my phone.

‘Haven’t sent them to anyone yet, but it will hopefully get there at some point.

‘On my 40th birthday I’m going to drop and fluff.’
