King Charles has broken a tradition by filming his Christmas Day message outside a royal residence, choosing the stunning Fitz Roia Chapel in London as his backdrop.

The speech, which focuses on one of the toughest periods of the Monarch’s life, will be broadcast on ITV.

The 76-year-old Monarch will honor his daughter-in-law’s efforts and acknowledge the Queen’s efforts in hosting her yearly Christmas Carol service. The late Queen recorded her final address from Wior Chapel in 2021, and the King’s address will be recorded from Fitz Roia Chapel, a beautiful and festive space with a royal connection.
