It follows Lucy, a lawyer who works for a handsome billionaire, George Wade, as love blossoms between them after the former threatens to quit her job. Like the tumultuous relationship between their characters, Grant and Bullock also initially disliked each other.
According to Grant, when he first met Bullock a few years before they filmed the fan-favorite rom-com, she was so disgusted by a story he told that she never contacted him again. However, the two mended their differences over time and became good friends.
In an interview with Blackfilm, Bullock reflected on her friendship with Grant, revealing she and the British actor got along well in real life and wanted to work together for a while before Two Weeks Notice materialized. Bullock also praised Grant for speaking his mind and felt he was too smart for Hollywood.
Sandra Bullock’s Two Weeks Notice has the best Donald Trump cameo
Aside from Bullock and Grant’s onscreen chemistry, Two Weeks Notice is mostly remembered for featuring a cameo from the current US President, Donald Trump. In the movie, Trump appears at a party where he interacts with Grant’s billionaire character.

Compared to the blink and you’ll miss it scene in Home Alone 2, Trump’s Two Weeks Notice appearance is far more memorable.
