After playing The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for hundreds of hours, gamers finds the most purrfectly delightful companion.

Originally released in 2015, many gamers might consider CD Projekt RED’s fantasy RPG, The Witcher 3 to be the very best that the genre has to offer and to be fair, that would be difficult to argue against. After all, The Witcher 3 does have a mightily impressive Metacritic score of 92.

“You are Geralt of Rivia, mercenary monster slayer. Before you stand a war-torn, monster-infested continent you can explore at will,” reads the synopsis of The Witcher 3. “Your current contract? Tracking down Ciri — the Child of Prophecy, a living weapon that can alter the shape of the world.”

Exciting times are ahead for fans of The Witcher series, because not only do we have a remake of the original game that launched on PC in 2007 on the way, powered by Unreal Engine 5 but we were also treated to the first trailer for The Witcher 4 at The Game Awards.

The map of the Continent in The Witcher 3 is huge, to say the least. But it’s not huge for the sake of it, aside from the main story missions, the map is filled to the brim with fun side activities (some more entertaining than the main), interesting NPCs, tons of secrets and more.

One such secret, at least for this Reddit user, was discovered in the city of Beauclair when they encountered a cute leopard, the companion of the Duchess of Toussaint, Anna Henrietta in the Blood and Wine expansion.

“I came across the Duchess’ leopard in Beauclair,” said dead_lifterr, to fellow members on the thread. “I’ve put hundreds and hundreds of hours into this game, and I had no idea this existed.”

“I had no idea either, and I wandered around the whole palace area multiple times,” replied Lady-Iskra.

“I love this game for doing this. I am on my ‘don’t-know-how-many playthroughs’ and constantly find new NPCs or little details I have missed out on before,” lenorca responded.

“What?” said a surprised blkhks07. “I’m currently on my umpteenth playthrough and have never seen it either. Since I just started Blood and Wine, I’m going to look for this now.”

We can’t wait to see how many more discoveries fans continue to make before The Witcher 4 arrives, whenever that time may be.
