Camilla and Catherine’s shocking transformation for their big moment during family gathering in Norfolk

Prince William and Princess Catherine attended the annual Christmas Day service at Sandringham, where they wore festive fashion in shades of green.

This was a rare sight for the royal family, who typically opt for different outfits at public events. Catherine of Wales, who has only appeared in public a handful of times this year, wore an emerald green tailored coat by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, paired with a matching bow-adorned hat and a green and blue tart and scarf.

The ensemble struck the perfect balance between festive and formal while paying homage to Scotland’s rich cultural heritage. Kate might lean into her love of timeless tailoring with a rich jewel-toned coat dress or a winter white ensemble. Duchess Sophie of Edinburgh and Zara Tindle also attended the event.

After the service, the royal festivities moved indoors, with the king and queen hosting a traditional turkey feast at Sandringham House.

The absence of the Duke of York and his former wife Sarah Duchess of York came amid ongoing controversies surrounding Prince Andrew’s alleged ties to a Chinese spy. The day’s celebrations will culminate in King Charles’s pre-recorded Christmas speech at 300 p.m., marking his second holiday address as monarch.
