Taylor Swift showcased her thoughtful side not only for her boyfriend Travis Kelce and his family, but also for Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes.

After the couple welcomed their baby girl, Golden Raye, on Sunday, the pop star sent them a special, handmade gift for the newborn.

In an exclusive report by Page Six, a source revealed that the Grammy winner “is so looking forward to meeting Brittany and Patrick’s baby girl” and “couldn’t be more thrilled” for the couple’s growing family.

To celebrate, Swift gifted the Chiefs quarterback and his wife a “handmade baby blanket,” a gesture that held special meaning for the “Bad Blood” hitmaker.

According to the source, the music sensation had received a handmade baby blanket from her aunt as a child, making the gesture even more meaningful to her.

In addition to Mahomes’ baby, Swift—who was in Europe at the time for her Eras Tour—also sent a similar gift to Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr. and his fiancée Chariah Gordon when they welcomed their baby last year.

With this sweet gesture, the Page Six source mentioned that it has become a “tradition” for Swift, especially for her friends.

“It’s become a tradition for Taylor,” the insider explained. “Something she loves doing and something that can’t be bought. It comes from the heart.”
