Season two of Squid Game took us behind the scenes of the games with the story of No-eul aka Guard 11.
She’s a North Korean soldier who had to leave her child behind when she fled, and we first meet her when she’s working at the theme park.
We soon find out that she’s working for the evil games as one of the shooters, and it doesn’t seem to be her first time.
You probably didn’t notice, but there are lots of clues throughout the season that No-eul has been a guard in Squid Game before.

Her history with the Front Man
When the Front Man realises that Guard 11 is shooting the players dead so their organs can’t be harvested, he calls her to his office and warns her to not interfere with their operation. During the conversation, he mentions that they have a seven year history with each other, so it looks like she’s worked for the games for a while.
She doesn’t struggle in the bunny suit
During the scene where No-eul quits her job at the theme park, one of her colleagues walks in wearing the bunny suit she usually wears and asks: “How did you work in this thing?” He finds the costume really hot and uncomfortable, but maybe she’s used to wearing masks in Squid Game.

Nothing seems to phase her
Her job as a triangle guard is to shoot the players when they lose in the games. She does this really easily and never seems phased by the evil act of killing other humans for entertainment. If it was her first time working for the Squid Game, she would definitely be a lot more shocked and emotional.
She recognises Gi-hun on the stairs
A final giveaway is the moment that she walks past Gi-hun on the steps in the outside world. She pauses, turns around and looks at him as if she recognises him, but doesn’t say a word. The only logical explanation is that she worked as a guard during his games and saw him win.
