Most Assassin’s Creed fans will agree that Assassin’s Creed Origins is a stunning game. From its narrative to breathtaking visuals, it’s one of the newer entries that won over fans with ease.

This fan-made project delivers a subtle but ideal means of tweaking an already enjoyable experience so that it’s elevated even further.

‘Assassin’s Creed Origins Rebirth Reshade’ has been created by NexusMods member yytssln, designed to add a “more natural” colouring to the graphics.

While Ubisoft’s title is stunning to behold, some of it feels almost gaudy with saturation; it has that unrealistic vibrancy that video games often have. Consequently, it can reduce the realism of the experience.

Despite muting some of that brightness, Assassin’s Creed Origins isn’t dulled because of it. On the contrary, its vistas come to life.

Fans who’ve seen this reshade in action have commended yytssln for the “beautiful” work they’ve done.

User t425, this time in the NexusMods comment section, said, “This makes Origins the experience it should be! Love this preset, thank you very much.”

Another review reads, “Man this reshade is a master piece, especially its HDR, u r a genius man […] Coming to AC Origins, after using this reshade the game looks like it got remastered.”

What’s interesting to note is that this mod has been successfully used with other titles, such as AC Valhalla and even The Witcher 3.

We would say we love getting a bang for your buck, but this download costs you nothing.
