It is locked behind the “Abandoned Drilling Rig” questline, a series of environmental puzzles that many players overlook.

Step 1: Starting the Quest

Head to the region just above the letter “I” of Dellesia on your map. You are looking for an NPC—a girl in an orange dress—conversing with a group. Exhaust all her dialogue options to trigger the “Abandoned Drilling Rig” quest.

Step 2: Repairing the Drilling Rig

This quest is a complex series of mechanical puzzles that test your environmental interaction skills:

    Liberation: Use Brute Force to clear the enemies at the rig.

    Fueling: Move to the main dock, grab an oil barrel, and place it in the designated slot. Seal it using your Force Palm ability.

    Valve Calibration: Locate the two wheels near the dock and turn them both clockwise.

    Infiltration: Climb to the trapdoor and kick it open with your feet. Interact with the two levers inside.

    Access: Drop down to the revolving door with the two shining lights and use Force Palm to slip underneath.

    Restoration: In the valve room, repair the two broken conduits to restore power. Pull the newly accessible lever and use Nature’s Grasp to navigate into the final chamber.

    Final Fix: Drop down, crouch, and use Force Palm to unscrew the three bolts. This successfully repairs the rig.
