BROKEN FARM: Infinite Uniques in Infernal Hordes! 😱💍

Is this the most broken loot farm in Diablo 4 history? A new bug is turning Infernal Hordes into a literal “Unique Item Printer.” Players are walking out of single runs with entire inventories full of Ancestral Uniques—including the highly sought-after Signet of Pelgane.

The trick? It forces the game to treat Infernal Hordes as a “Beast in the Ice” encounter, meaning every single Ether Lord you kill drops boss-exclusive loot. We’re talking Mythic potential and “God Roll” rings that are currently selling for tens of billions on Diablo Trade.

The devs will definitely patch this ASAP. Want to fill your stash while the window is open? 👇🔥

The Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred expansion has been a goldmine for theorycrafters, but a new “unique-item bug” discovered by content creator MrRonit has pushed the game’s farming efficiency to an unprecedented level. By manipulating the game’s instance logic, players are currently able to bypass standard loot tables and force Infernal Hordes to drop “Beast in the Ice” boss-specific Uniques in massive quantities.

The “Infinite Unique” Setup

The exploit is a multi-step sequence designed to confuse the game’s instance flags.

    War Plan Nodes:

Nightmare Dungeons: 3 points in Fearless Conviction.

Lair Bosses: 1 point in Out of the Cold.

Infernal Hordes: 2 points (must include Cult of Annihilation and Method and Madness). If you have more points, unlocking Total Chaos is highly recommended.

    The Execution:

    Start any Nightmare Dungeon.

Once inside, teleport to any Boss Lair.

From the Lair, trigger your Infernal Hordes key (or use the War Plan quick-teleport button).

Why It’s “Game-Breaking”

Once inside the Infernal Hordes, the game flags every kill of an “Ether Lord” as a kill of the Beast in the Ice. Because the current event increases the frequency of Chaos Waves, which spawn Ether Lords in rapid succession, players can kill dozens of “bosses” in a single run. Each kill triggers the Beast in the Ice unique loot table, resulting in a screen flooded with Ancestral Uniques.

The “Signet of Pelgane” Gold Rush

The most significant impact of this bug is on the Signet of Pelgane ring. As a cornerstone for endgame Pit-pushing builds, it is currently the most valuable item in the Diablo trading economy. With this exploit, players are farming entire inventories of these rings, identifying “God Rolls,” and selling them for tens of billions of gold on Diablo Trade.

The Risks of Exploitation

As with all game-breaking bugs, the window for this farm is narrow. “It’s a bug, plain and simple,” notes MrRonit in his guide. While the community is currently capitalizing on the loot flood, there is an inherent risk for those who participate. Historically, Blizzard has been quick to patch instance-manipulation exploits, and while ban waves for these specific bugs have been rare, the stability of the trade economy remains a priority for the developers.

For now, the strategy remains the most efficient way to gear up, with players even using loot filters to ignore anything that isn’t a 900-item-level Ancestral drop. As the Lord of Hatred era progresses, this farm stands as a stark example of the high-stakes, high-reward environment created by the expansion’s new endgame systems.
